The PEM electrolyzer stack automatic assembly line adopts a modular design, aiming to fully integrate all assembly and testing processes for various specifications of electrolyzer stacks, from raw materials to finished products.

The line features highly flexible production capabilities, enabling quick adaptation to the manufacturing of stacks in multiple sizes and allowing for rapid capacity expansion as needed.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Core Process Flow


The production line integrates a complete closed-loop process from component handling to finished product unloading:

● Raw Material Preparation: Cleaning of bipolar plates, visual inspection.  

● Precision Processing: Dispensing, automatic attachment of sealing gaskets.  

● Automated Stacking: Automatic conveying and high-precision stacking of end plates, bipolar plates, membrane electrode assemblies, and other components.  

● Press-Fitting and Fastening: Hydraulic servo press stacking, automatic insertion of locking screws, automatic tooling positioning.  

● Quality Inspection: Online leak testing of the stack.  

● Marking and Unloading: Laser marking, automatic finished product unloading.

● Data Traceability: Historical data for critical process parameters, such as system pressure, is fully stored, enabling end-to-end traceability throughout the product lifecycle via the MES system.
