The integrated line encompasses all processes: raw material storage, bipolar plate cleaning, visual inspection, dispensing, gasket application, end plate/bipolar plate/membrane electrode assembly (MEA) conveyance and stacking, flexible assembly, hydraulic servo stack pressing, automatic locking screw insertion, fixture auto-positioning, leak testing, laser marking, and finished product unloading. It supports rapid changeovers and production capacity expansion. The line achieves precise positioning through high-rigidity carriers, combined with servo-driven stacking and automated bolting technology to ensure stacking accuracy and assembly quality. All process data is monitored and recorded throughout by the MES system, enabling production informatization and quality traceability. The system is characterized by rigorous processes, stable operation, and outstanding efficiency.
