This production line is a fully automated assembly line for modular PEM water-electrolysis hydrogen fuel cells, capable of supporting the complete production and testing of fuel cells across multiple specifications.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PEM electrolytic hydrogen production line integrates all processes including raw material management, bipolar plate cleaning, visual inspection, dispensing, seal ring application, and component (end plate/bipolar plate/membrane electrode assembly) conveyance and stacking. High-precision flexible assembly via robotic systems effectively eliminates human errors such as missed or misplaced components. The core stacking process employs a hydraulic servo closed-loop control system with a dual-control strategy—primarily pressure mode supplemented by position mode—ensuring safe and controllable stacking with full traceability of all pressure parameters.

Additionally, the production line incorporates automated functions including screw threading, fixture positioning, online airtightness testing, laser marking, and finished product unloading. The entire line is monitored via an MES system, enabling full traceability of production data. It also possesses flexible capacity expansion capabilities, ensuring scientific process design, production informatization, and high operational stability.
