From March 10 to 13, 2024, the 14th China International Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition (CIES) grandly commenced at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. Guided by the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the event was hosted by the China Association of Chemical and Physical Power Sources (CACPS) and jointly organized by the Energy Storage Application Branch of CACPS and China Energy Storage Network.

The laser welding equipment features real-time online measurement of welding temperatures for closed-loop power control, with live display of power curves and real-time temperature curves during the welding process. It boasts high laser absorption rates, rapid heat transfer, and low welding stresses.

For the assembly of flow battery stacks, Shuntian Equipment leverages its extensive experience in stack production and equipment delivery capabilities to provide a complete integrated production solution featuring high-speed automated stacking and servo-driven precision press-fitting. Utilizing vision-guided positioning, high-precision positioning fixtures, and multi-stage micro-speed stack pressing with real-time closed-loop feedback for pressure and position, the system ensures uniform force distribution and minimal deformation of the stack. The system also incorporates functions such as airtightness testing, laser marking, intelligent conveying, flipping, and performance testing. Featuring a flexible modular design, the equipment can be freely configured based on production requirements. Real-time digital monitoring and information-based control enable continuous oversight of production status and equipment condition.

For the assembly of capacity systems and power systems, Shuntian Equipment has developed the industry's first fully automated smart production line for energy storage container assembly. The intelligent assembly line supports either automated conveyor systems or AGV transportation for material flow. Material feeding is automatically handled by AGV carts.
