From March 26 to 28, 2024, the 2024 China International Clean Energy Expo (CEEC2024) will be held at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) in Beijing. Guangzhou Shuntian Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Shuntian Equipment) will showcase its hydrogen power equipment solutions at Booth 8B26-28 in Hall 8 - Hydrogen Energy Pavilion. CEEC2024, themed “Clean Energy Empowering the New Power System,” will showcase exhibits spanning wind, solar, hydrogen, and energy storage sectors. The event will demonstrate the complete ecosystem of the new power system, encompassing clean energy generation, energy storage, transmission, distribution, transformation, and consumption. Spanning 50,000 square meters, the exhibition will feature over 1,000 new technologies, products, and application case studies. Host organizations include: China Electricity Council, State Energy Group, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Construction Industry Council, China Photovoltaic Industry Association, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, China Overseas Development Association, and China Hydrogen Alliance.

The 2024 China International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Exhibition (referred to as “China Hydrogen Energy Expo”) is part of the broader expo. Guided by the goals of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality,” hydrogen energy—recognized as a low-carbon and zero-carbon energy source—is emerging as a key player following the rapid development of new energy sources like solar and wind power. The 2024 China International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Exhibition (referred to as “2024 China Hydrogen Energy Expo”) will be held concurrently with the 2024 China International Clean Energy Expo. Under the theme “Hydrogen Energy Empowering the Development of a New Energy System,” the exhibition will showcase products and technologies across the entire hydrogen energy value chain, including hydrogen production, storage, transportation, distribution, refueling, and utilization.

PEM Water Electrolysis Stack Assembly Automated Production Line:

This production line is primarily used for the complete assembly and testing of various PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production stacks. It can fully execute all processes for PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production stacks, enabling the complete production of stacks in various specifications. It enables stack assembly, stack pressing, and online leak testing for electrolyzer stacks. Robotic stacking replaces manual labor, ensuring high precision and eliminating uncontrollable factors like missed or misplaced components during manual work. Two control modes operate: Pressure mode serves as the primary control, supplemented by position mode to ensure product safety. While robotic stacking occurs, manual bolt locking, stack compression, gas tightness testing, and finished product unloading can proceed simultaneously, boosting production efficiency. The servo-hydraulic closed-loop control system precisely regulates system pressure, stores historical data, and enables parameter traceability.



Automated Production Line for Metal Bipolar Plate Stamping:

Bipolar plates are critical components of fuel cells, constituting the primary mass fraction (80%) of the stack. They play an indispensable role in fuel cell operation—conducting electricity, gas, and heat—requiring excellent electrical conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and lightweight properties. During operation, sheet metal is positioned between upper and lower dies. A high-precision hydraulic press drives the upper die downward onto the lower die, forming flow channels within the blank. Due to its low cost, the stamping process is widely adopted for mass production of bipolar plates.


The metal bipolar plate production line incorporates a three-in-one metal coil unwinding, leveling, and automatic feeding system; high-precision servo-hydraulic presses; belt cleaning machines; precision forming dies; and other auxiliary equipment. This setup enables stamping and forming of metal bipolar plates. The high-precision press body maintains slider parallelism, enhancing both production efficiency and forming accuracy for mass production of metal bipolar plates.



Concurrently, the exhibition will host industry summits and forums featuring invited experts and corporate representatives discussing hot topics. Topics include technological trends in hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and application; the current status and opportunities for China's hydrogen industry; and cutting-edge technological achievements.
