Advantages and Features:
1. The feeding system takes out products one by one from the material frame and recycles the compartments.
2. Scan the QR code system, identify the QR code, and remove abnormal products such as defective/mixed materials.
3. The detection system comes standard with pressure gauges and flow meters to check the airtightness of the product. Single/multi piece detection can be selected.
4. The unloading system stacks qualified products in the material frame and separates unqualified products.
5. The information management system can achieve the transmission and automatic saving of process data such as recording QR code information, detecting pressure, leakage, and production capacity. It is compatible with MES system and CIM system data communication and supports one click backup.
