The membrane electrode 7-in-1 production line is a highly integrated automated production line specifically designed for the "7-in-1" CCM components of fuel cells. It covers the entire process from raw material cutting to finished product packaging and testing, with particular proficiency in handling the precise lamination assembly of "3+2+2" or similar structural configurations.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The entire production process follows the logical chain of "Material Preparation → Precision Assembly → Curing & Forming → Final Processing":

1. Front-End Preprocessing
●Material Cutting & Recycling System: Supplies standardized, precisely cut raw materials (3CCM, frames, GDL) to the production line and automatically handles waste, forming the foundation for efficient and clean production.
●Visual Positioning, Robot Guidance & Automatic Feeding System: Serves as the "eyes" and "hands" of the production line, addressing the challenges of automatic, non-destructive, and precise feeding and alignment of flexible precision materials, which is crucial for ensuring subsequent assembly accuracy.
2. Core Lamination Assembly
●5-in-1 Bonding & Pre-Pressing System: Executes the first-layer core lamination (frame + 3CCM + frame), achieving the precise construction and preliminary fixation of the basic structure.
●Precision Dispensing System: Provides customized adhesive paths for each layer of material, serving as a key step to ensure strong, reliable bonding without affecting the reaction area.
3. Pressing, Forming & Precision Machining
●7-in-1 Pressing & Forming System: Performs final pressing on the assembled "7CCM" component to ensure tight contact between layers, uniform thickness, and preliminary shaping of the outer form.
●Precision Cutting & Machining System: Conducts high-precision micro-machining (e.g., flow channel grooves, holes) on the pressed component to form the final functional structure.
4. Terminal Packaging & Quality Inspection
7-in-1 Packaging & Testing System: Completes the outermost GDL packaging and final shape trimming. It integrates online testing (which may include thickness, resistance, airtightness, etc.), achieving "production as inspection" to ensure outgoing quality.
