2. Vision-Guided Positioning and Robot Guidance
Equipped with a high-precision vision positioning system that provides real-time guidance for robots to achieve accurate gripping and positional correction of materials like 3CCM, frames, and GDL.
3. Automatic Material Sorting and Feeding
The sorting system automatically separates materials from racks and conveys them individually to the positioning platform, providing stable, continuous feeding for subsequent processes.
4. Five-in-One Bonding and Pre-Pressing System
Specifically designed for “frame + 3CCM + frame” laminated assembly, it achieves automatic multi-material alignment, precise bonding, and initial pre-press fixation.
5. Precision Dispensing System
Features a dual-dispensing head design with versatile trajectory coating capabilities, flexibly adapting to diverse adhesive path requirements to ensure uniformity and reliability in bonding processes.
6. Seven-in-One Pressing and Forming System
Following laminate bonding, precisely presses the 7CCM assembly to flatten it to the preset thickness while simultaneously forming its outer contour.
