Equipped with an industrial-grade PLC + HMI control system, the machine supports recipe management, alarm history, automatic recording of critical process parameters, and data export. Each experimental batch can be fully documented for process comparison, analysis, and traceability.
2. Flexible Process Adaptability
The effective coating width ranges from 50 to 300 mm and can be configured according to application requirements. Coating speed is continuously adjustable from 1 to 200 mm/s, while the syringe pump provides a flow-rate range of 0.015 to 0.25 mL/s, making the system compatible with a wide variety of slurry formulations and substrate specifications.
