The leak test press is specifically designed for stringent leak testing of hydrogen fuel cells, PEM water electrolysis stacks, and flow battery stacks.

It integrates high-precision servo-controlled pressing technology, an automated material handling system, and an information management platform. This enables rapid and stable leak testing of both single and multiple core components, such as bipolar plates and membrane electrode assemblies, helping to advance hydrogen manufacturing toward large-scale and intelligent production.

1. Intelligent Automated Loading and Unloading System
● Efficient Picking and Stacking: Equipped with precision manipulators, the system is capable of precisely picking products one by one from the magazine for testing. Upon completion, it automatically stacks qualified products back into the magazine while efficiently recovering and separating interleaving materials. The entire process requires no manual intervention, significantly improving production line efficiency.
● Automatic Reject Sorting: An integrated sorting mechanism automatically transfers unqualified products to a separate reject bin, ensuring that only high-quality components proceed to the next process step.


2. High-Precision Leak Testing System
● Flexible Testing Modes: Supports individual testing of single bipolar plates or single membranes, as well as simultaneous testing of multi-component stacks. This flexibility adapts to diverse requirements for both R&D and mass production phases.
● High-Sensitivity Sensing Technology: Standardly equipped with high-precision pressure transmitters and mass flow meters, it can accurately detect minute leak rates, ensuring the long-term operational stability and 

safety of the stack.

● Precision Servo Control: Employs servo press technology enabling closed-loop control of both displacement and force. This ensures uniform pressure application on the test specimen during the testing process, preventing damage or misjudgments caused by mechanical stress.


3. Full Traceability and Information Management
● Barcode Traceability and Error Proofing: An integrated vision-based barcode scanning system automatically identifies the Data Matrix code on each product. The system verifies material information in real-time and automatically intercepts products with unreadable codes, incorrect information, or mixed materials, preventing defects from the very beginning.
● MES/CIM Integration: A powerful information management system records key process data in real-time, including the unique ID (barcode), test pressure, leak rate, and timestamp for each component. It supports seamless integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) platforms, enabling automatic data upload and one-click backup to establish a comprehensive product lifecycle archive.
