To address pain points in membrane electrode assembly (MEA) production—such as cumbersome encapsulation processes, significant alignment deviations, and low yield—we introduce the Fully Automatic Five-in-One MEA Encapsulation Line.

Designed specifically for PEMFC five-in-one assemblies (including CCM frames, gas diffusion layers, sealing layers, etc.), this equipment integrates a vision-guided system, precision hot pressing, and automatic unwinding/rewinding mechanisms. It completes the positioning, lamination, and consolidation of five material layers in a single process, consolidating multiple steps into a continuous production flow. This significantly reduces manual intervention and work-in-progress handling losses, helping customers improve efficiency and reduce costs.

●Closed-loop tension control prevents material stretching or wrinkling, guaranteeing perfect interface bonding between the GDL and catalyst layer.

●Zoned independent temperature control on hot plates achieves uniformity of ±3°C, accommodating various hot-melt and thermosetting materials.

●Closed-loop servo pressure control with fluctuation <1% eliminates crushing or sealing defects.

●Fast heating/cooling design enables single-station cycle time ≤6 seconds (material-dependent).


3. Fully Automated Production – Reduced Labor Dependency

●Automatic unwinding, cutting, waste stripping, and rewinding; optional robotic pick-and-place.

●Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, and displacement curves; automatic alarm and bad-part marking.

●Optional MES data upload interface for full production traceability.

●Quick-change mold tooling and one-click recipe recall support five-in-one assemblies of various sizes and shapes (rectangular, profiled).

●Capable of processing membranes, carbon paper, sealing gaskets, and other materials with thickness ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 mm.
