The 100T Servo-Driven Vacuum Hot Press is an advanced equipment that integrates precision servo drive, high-temperature heating, vacuum environment, and high-pressure forming into one system.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
During operation, the servo-driven vacuum hot press first places the material into the mold cavity. After closing, a vacuum is applied, and then the heating plates raise the temperature according to the preset program to soften the material. Next, the servo-driven slider applies multi-stage adjustable pressure for forming and curing. It is particularly suitable for high-quality composite products (such as carbon fiber components) and the hot press forming and encapsulation processes of plastic, rubber, powder metallurgy, and other products that require high precision and are free of bubbles.
