PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Servo Precision Control System
●High-Accuracy Pressure Control: The system uses imported or premium servomotors. These are paired with high-precision ball screws or hydraulic systems. It achieves pressure control accuracy up to 0.1% of full scale.
●Exceptional Position Repeatability: Platen parallelism and repeat positioning accuracy reach ±0.01 mm. This level of precision makes it ideal for pressing thin sheets, films, and delicate components.
●Programmable Pressure Profiling: The system supports multi-stage pressure settings. Options include low-pressure pre-pressing, high-pressure molding, and pressure holding during cooling. This flexibility adapts to the flow characteristics of different materials.
2. Rapid Heating & Cooling Technology
●High-Temperature Heating System: Built-in high-density heating elements or oil/electric heating plates provide the heat. Maximum operating temperature reaches 300°C to 500°C, depending on customization. Heating rates typically achieve 5-10°C per second.
●Rapid Cooling System: The system uses water or oil heat exchange technology. After high-temperature pressure holding, the cooling system activates automatically. It rapidly removes heat through internal circulation channels. The platens cool from operating temperature to ambient levels within seconds to tens of seconds.
●Independent Temperature Control: Upper and lower platens can be controlled separately. This accommodates asymmetric heating requirements or precise isothermal processes.
3. Robust Structural Design
●The frame is constructed from high-strength steel plates through welding or casting. It undergoes tempering and aging treatment. This prevents deformation under prolonged high pressure and thermal cycling.
●High-rigidity guide columns maintain stable platen parallelism during all pressing operations.

●The system features a large touchscreen HMI with preloaded process recipes.
