PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Flexible Graphite Plate Pressing Line, a specialized equipment primarily used for the pressing and forming of expanded graphite plates, visual inspection, blanking and stacking, and basket loading in fuel cell bipolar plate manufacturing. Expanded graphite plates are manually placed onto transfer carts and conveyed to the feeding station. A six-axis robot then transfers the plates to the pressing station via suction.
The pressed graphite plate becomes a single plate. After visual inspection, defective plates are rejected, while qualified plates are loaded into baskets and transported via carts to the impregnation workshop.
