1. Liquid Storage Tank Installation Workstation


●The workstation is equipped with two liquid storage tank positions, enabling alternating installation. This effectively reduces waiting time and improves workstation utilization.

The station design is compatible with liquid storage tanks of various sizes, allowing for quick changeovers without additional adjustments to meet the production requirements of different capacity container models.

●TPU Liner Installation Mechanism features a unique design with two sets of hooks moving toward each other, enabling precise positioning and rapid installation of the TPU liner.

Operators can complete the entire process with the push of a button, significantly reducing operational complexity and labor intensity while ensuring consistent installation quality.

2. Integrated Workstation for Cover Removal, Storage, and Installation


●Integrates automatic cover removal, classified storage, and subsequent reinstallation, completing the entire cover handling process in one station to reduce material transfer and manual intervention.

●A workspace for applying thermal insulation padding is reserved at the rear of the station, allowing the cover to be insulated before entering the storage area. This optimizes process flow and enhances the continuous operation capability of the production line.
