PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Container Auto Loading
An AGV delivers the container to the liquid tank installation station and automatically moves away after positioning, completing station handover.
2. Automatic Material Sorting
AGVs transport the positive tank, negative tank, and TPU bag to their respective installation stations, enabling orderly material buffering.
3. TPU Bag Preforming
●At the TPU bag station, a lifting platform is used. After an operator manually takes a bag, the platform rises, and the operator secures the bag edge around the guardrail to fully open the bag mouth.
●When the platform lowers, the TPU bag remains in a preformed, fully open state, ready for sleeving.
4. Intelligent Lifting & Sleeving
●The lifting device moves over the liquid tank. The inner hook set lowers and securely lifts the tank.
●The lifting device carries the tank to the preformed TPU bag. The outer hook set lowers, picks up the bag, and automatically sleeves it over the tank.
5. Precise Installation into Container
The lifting device transfers the sleeved tank to the designated position inside the container and completes fixation. The above steps are repeated until all tanks are installed.
6. Finished Product Offloading
Once all tanks are installed, an AGV removes the fully loaded container and proceeds to the next assembly cycle automatically.

2. TPU Bag Preforming Station

The liquid tank station, TPU bag station, and lifting device are independent, allowing flexible configuration of quantities and layout adjustments based on production capacity.
