This 5T servo press for liquid current battery stack assembly is the core equipment designed for the high consistency and high sealing production of electric stacks such as all-vanadium liquid current battery. 

It adopts a servo-hydraulic closed-loop control system to support precise and synergistic control of pressure and displacement modes, and is equipped with code scanning traceability and data recording functions, realizing the digital management of the whole process from stacking, pressing and loading to parameter traceability. 

Its unique tilt stacking and center of gravity positioning technology ensures the precise alignment of large bipolar plates and multi-layer sealing components, laying a technological foundation for safeguarding the long-term sealing reliability of the power reactor.

1. Precise Pressure Control: Provides stable and repeatable pressure output, ensuring uniform contact pressure between the bipolar plates, electrode frames, and membranes across all cells within the stack. This reduces ohmic polarization and improves voltage efficiency.


2. Flatness Assurance: Guarantees the parallelism of the pressing plate during pressurization through a high-rigidity frame and precision guide system, preventing stack deformation or leakage caused by uneven force distribution.


3. Height Positioning: Equipped with high-precision displacement sensors for real-time monitoring of compression displacement, enabling accurate assembly in constant pressure or constant displacement modes when combined with pressure feedback.


4. Automation Integration: Can be integrated with automatic loading/unloading, automatic rod insertion, and automatic tightening (with torque and angle monitoring) systems to realize automated stack assembly production lines.


5. Data Traceability: Records pressure-displacement curves, dwell pressure data, and tightening data for each batch of stacks, supporting MES system integration for full lifecycle quality traceability.
