It can quickly detect small leaks, has pressure/position mode and manual and semi-automatic working modes, can record the pressure parameters and pressure curve for easy traceability, with a three-beam and four-column structure to ensure stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, and has a quick vacuum function to improve efficiency, widely used in liquid current storage batteries, new energy storage systems and other fields, to meet the stringent requirements of the large-scale production of the sealing performance of the product testing needs.

3、Detection system, standardized with pressure gauge and flow meter to detect the sealing of products, single/multiple piece detection is optional.
4、Downloading system, stacking qualified products in the material frame and separating unqualified products.
5、Information management system, which can realize the transmission and automatic saving of process data such as recording QR code information, testing pressure, leakage, production capacity, etc. It is compatible with the data communication of MES system and CIM system, and supports one-key backup.
