Immediately after completion of assembly, the equipment can carry out non-destructive hermeticity testing with ultra-high sensitivity in the closed chamber, accurately identifying the smallest leakage points to ensure that each group of liquid flow battery cells has excellent hermetic integrity. This not only realizes “zero turnaround” production from encapsulation to quality inspection, which significantly improves production efficiency and product consistency, but also provides crucial process support to ensure the long-term operational reliability of the flow battery system and prevent electrolyte leakage.
