The servo tilting die frame hydraulic press for automotive interior parts is specialized equipment for compression molding automotive interior composites. It is mainly used for hot/cold pressing, compression molding, and setting of headliners, carpets, trunk interiors, wheel housings, door panels, and sound/heat insulation parts.
The equipment adopts a servo-hydraulic control system for programmable control of pressure, position, speed, and holding time. Its dedicated tilting die frame can perform die frame tilting, mold opening/closing, assisted demolding, and loading/unloading station changeover according to product and mold requirements.
Customized solutions at 1,000–5,000 kN and other pressure ratings are available for different product sizes, mold structures, molding pressures, and cycle times. It can also integrate robotic loading/unloading, mold heating/cooling, automatic mold changing, and conveying systems, supporting both standalone and automated compression molding production lines.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Servo Pressure Closed-Loop Control
The servo-hydraulic control system adjusts pressure and flow according to different molding stages, enabling rapid descent, decelerated mold closing, pressure application, pressure holding, pressure release, and rapid return. It supports process settings such as pre-pressing, stepped pressure application, and constant-pressure holding.
2. Dedicated Tilting Die Frame
The tilting die frame is designed according to mold size, weight, and opening method. It can automatically tilt the die frame, open/close the mold, assist demolding, and switch between loading and unloading positions. It is equipped with locking, limit, position detection, and safety interlock devices.
3. Multi-Stage Speed and Position Control
The slide supports multi-stage speed control including rapid descent, decelerated approach, slow mold closing, working pressure application, and rapid return, and combines displacement detection to achieve closed-loop position control.
Typical process: Rapid descent → Decelerated mold closing → Pressure molding → Pressure holding → Pressure release → Return → Die frame tilting → Part removal
4. Recipe-Based Production Management
PLC + industrial touchscreen control enables centralized management of parameters such as pressure, speed, position, pressure-holding time, tilting angle, temperature, and cooling time. Independent process recipes can be created for different products, facilitating product changeover and batch production.
Applicable products: automotive headliners, automotive carpets, trunk interior panels, wheel housings, door panels, front/rear bulkhead sound insulation pads, engine compartment sound insulation parts, seat back panels, pillar trim panels, and other composite interior parts.
Applicable materials: PP+GF, GMT, LWRT, PET, PU composites, glass fiber composites, hemp fiber, wood fiber, multi-layer composite felt, and soundproof and sound-absorbing composite materials, etc.
Specific materials, temperature, pressure, and molding cycle time can be matched according to product and mold process requirements.
