Carbon Fiber Composite Vacuum Hot Press

Carbon Fiber Composite Vacuum Hot Pressing Machine is primarily used for vacuum-assisted heating, pressing, pressure holding, and cooling of CFRP laminates, prepreg layups, sandwich structures, and other high-performance composite materials.

The machine integrates a high-rigidity hot press, vacuum forming chamber, multi-zone heated platens, closed-loop pressure control, and closed-loop temperature control system. It enables controlled vacuum-assisted degassing, resin impregnation, consolidation, curing, and thermoplastic forming processes.

It is suitable for composite material R&D, pilot production, small-batch manufacturing, and process validation. The system can be customized with options including high-temperature processing, rapid heating and cooling, inert gas atmosphere, automatic loading/unloading, and MES data interfaces.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Key Advantages

1. Stable Vacuum Control
Supports automatic vacuum evacuation, vacuum holding, staged vacuum control, and automatic pressure release to meet the degassing and consolidation requirements of composite materials.

2. Precise Pressure Control
Equipped with hydraulic or servo pressure closed-loop control, supporting multi-stage pressure profiles including pre-pressing, main pressing, pressure holding, and controlled pressure release.

3. Uniform Temperature Distribution
Independent temperature control of the upper and lower heated platens, with optional 4-zone, 6-zone, or 9-zone temperature control to improve temperature uniformity across large-area components.

4. Full Process Data Traceability
Real-time recording of process data including temperature, pressure, vacuum level, displacement, and time. Supports recipe management and historical data export.

5. High-Temperature Capability
The standard version is suitable for thermoset systems such as carbon fiber/epoxy. The high-temperature version can be configured for temperatures up to 350–450°C, supporting thermoplastic composites such as CF/PEEK, CF/PEKK, and CF/PPS.
