This production line is used for the assembly and production of graphite plate/metal plate stacks, core components of hydrogen fuel cells. Featuring a modular design and flexible assembly, it provides automated stack assembly, including servo stack pressing, automatic nut tightening, airtight insulation testing, CVM/housing installation, laser marking, and screw locking. It offers comprehensive functionality, including automatic code scanning and stacking of MEA/bipolar plate/end plate assemblies, vision alignment, servo stack pressing with high-rigidity carrier constraints, automatic bending and laser welding of straps, stack airtightness testing, laser marking, and finished product unloading. (Hydrogen Fuel Cell Stack Production Process)


● Stacking: Initially, the lower end plate, current collector, and insulation plate are positioned on the assembly workbench. The MEA and BPP (including gaskets) are stacked sequentially until the required number is reached. Finally, the end plate with the media interface, current collector, and insulation plate are stacked on top.


● Compacting: Pressure is applied to compress the components (including the gaskets) to create a seal.


● Tensioning: Use tension bands or tie rods to ensure the stack is compressed and permanently fixed. This process is performed within a press. Tie band connections are secured using welding, connectors, clamps, or special-shaped bending structures.


● Leak Testing: Use pressure drop or flow testing to verify the stack's sealing performance. The test gas is introduced into the stack and leak testing equipment.


● Assembly of Other Accessories: Connect the battery's high-voltage output busbars to the current collectors. Install the stack into the housing. This also includes connections for all media inputs and outputs, sensors, and high-voltage cables.
