This stack turnover machine is designed to handle flipping operations for goods of various specifications, enabling efficient conversion between horizontal and vertical orientations. Compared to traditional forklift or crane flipping methods, it significantly enhances operational safety and work efficiency.

The equipment is mainly categorized into 90° and 180° models based on flipping angles. In maintenance scenarios, the turnover machine allows flexible rotation of molds within a 0–90° range, with effortless, convenient, and safe opening, closing, and lifting operations.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

●Mechanical flipping system, no flipping phenomenon will occur. Equipped with a pressure holding device, it can be stopped at any position.

After a 90 degree flip, the limit switch and mechanical multiple limit protection device.

There is an overcurrent protection device, and if the flipping machine exceeds its maximum weight, it will automatically shut down and provide protection, without damaging the motor.

Equipped with Schneider air switch from France, including overcurrent, overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection functions.

Servo control, multi-stage operation. Power off, parking brake self-locking function, mold remains stable and does not move, safe and reliable.

External circular vertical machining ensures smooth operation of the machine. Sturdy body design, durable and long-lasting.
